Refund Policy

Not sure if you've found the phone you want? Worried about being tied into a contract before seeing the phone? Well with our 14 day return policy if you order anything and you do not like it for ANY reason simply return it to us. Information on how to retrun your phone is included in the pack we send out to you. All you pay is any line rental and calls made.
Once we have received your returned goods in their agreed condition we will refund any monies due within 48 working hours. Your 14 day period starts from the day you receive your goods apart from contract phones which begin on the day of dispatch.

Faulty Products

We hope that your purchase stays reliable for the duration of it's use. However, if a problem does arise then here are some of the options.
Insurance - if the phone is insured then contact your network (their customer service number will be on your telephone bill).
Guarantee - All mobile phones come with 12 months guarantee from the manufacturer. Please look at your phone manual for more information.
Failing that you'll need to try and get it repaired. Don't worry though as mobile phones are reliable little machines!
